Behind the Scenes: A Virtual #dinnerwithrandy

In April, we had a production crew from the Cooking Channel show Man Fire Food out to the vineyard to show them how we cook with fire! Over the course of two days, the crew documented the history of our Deep Pit BBQ tradition, the preparation of the meat, the cooking process, and the final feast.
