This past weekend, we had the pleasure of providing wine for two supper club events with Chef Peter and the team behind Culinary Hedonism. The setting was gorgeous, the food spectacular, and the guests entertaining. Record family member and talented photographer, Sara, was on hand to capture the dining experience.

Culinary Hedonism and Record Family Wines are excited to bring you a special Supper Club event in San Diego, CA. Guests will be treated to a 6-course tasting menu created by Chef Peter Calley and expertly paired to a full spectrum of award-winning wine selections from Record Family Wines of Paso Robles.
Guests are welcome to arrive at 6:30pm and will be treated to a glass of wine and amuse-bouche as they mingle with members of the Record Family and relax in the garden before dinner. At 7:00pm guests will be invited to sit down together and will be treated to a tasting menu and wine pairings presented by Chef Peter and the owners of Record Family Wines.
The location of the Supper Club will be revealed to guests the day before and is sure not to disappoint! Dining will be al fresco, weather permitting. Seats are extremely limited, so make sure to secure your spot before they are sold out!
